The Beginning of A Diary of An Amateur Cook

Dear all,

Welcome to "A Diary of An Amateur Cook", just another simple-cooking blog with a very-humble presentation.

To tell you the truth, I'm still unsure why I decide to start this blog despite of my busy hectic life as a university student. Maybe it's because I love eating and I do enjoy cooking. For me, cooking is a pleasant experience for refreshing my mind and filling my stomach. I've been cooking for myself since four years ago, but not until this year I start to cook regularly. Therefore, I think "A Diary of An Amateur Cook" is an appropriate title depicting how I'm just (and still) a newbie, not mentioning how clumsy I am. Also, as  indicated in the title, this blog is more like a diary, a journey, in which all of the posts including the recipes are primarily for my own benefits. So if there are recipes posted here that you try but aren't satisfied, I have already warned you :)
